Talia Krausz

Production & Social Media Coordinator

Talia Krausz is a filmmaker, photographer, social media wiz, and lifelong learner. Raised in New York, she’s always appreciated the city’s rich diversity and creative spirit—but her love of storytelling has also taken her around the world, where she seeks out meaningful exchanges with people from all walks of life.

A graduate of Macaulay Honors College at Queens College, Talia earned her B.A. in Media Studies with minors in History and Anthropology, plus a certificate in film production. She’s directed, produced, and/or written five short films—one a SWIFF Quarter-Finalist and two CUNY Film Festival Finalists—and is especially drawn to stories that challenge stigma and amplify unheard voices. Whether documentary or scripted, she believes the more we understand each other, the better we connect.

Talia has worked in development and production at FIFTH SEASON, Jigsaw Productions, and Disney. When she’s not behind a camera or interviewing New Yorkers for her Stoop Stories series, you’ll find her practicing yoga, hiking, or chasing laughs at a local comedy club. She’s grateful to keep sharing honest, human stories with the Stoop Stories community.
